Your Stay Pass covers a three-night stay. Payment, voucher redemption and reservation confirmation are separate steps. Check the pass details and the conditions presented before payment.
Passes and prices
All four passes include three nights. Explorer: one guest in a shared dormitory, €119. Hero: the same stay plus a separately priced eligible activity. Duo: private accommodation for two guests, €359 total. Duo Experience: the same stay plus a separately priced eligible activity for both guests. Activities are not included in the accommodation amounts shown. Explorer and Hero cover eligible Dublin or Barcelona hostels; Duo and Duo Experience cover eligible private accommodation in Corporate Dublin or Faro.
Validity and availability
Passes cover three nights during 2027. Request dates at least 14 days before check-in. A purchase does not guarantee a reservation. Every night must be available for your destination, accommodation category and pass allocation. Events and busy periods may have limited availability.
Payment and your voucher
Payment is made in full at purchase. One unique voucher is issued per pass only after payment is verified. Save the code shown on your purchase confirmation. A campaign or affiliate code is different from a voucher code. Online purchases are not available yet.
Requesting a reservation
Enter your voucher code on the redemption page, choose an eligible destination and submit your dates and contact details. The voucher is held while the team checks availability, preventing another request from using it at the same time. Submitting a request does not confirm a stay.
Confirmation and single use
The team records and confirms your reservation. At confirmation, the voucher is redeemed and cannot be used for another reservation. A rejected request does not consume the voucher; you can check it again and request other eligible dates.
Date changes
Contact the team at least 14 days before check-in to request a change, within the pass validity and category and subject to availability. Your existing reservation remains valid until the team confirms a replacement in writing. A change does not reactivate a redeemed code.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact the team to request cancellation or a refund. The conditions presented before payment and any applicable legal rights apply to your purchase. Cancellation, refund and changes are separate requests: cancelling a reservation does not automatically refund a payment or reactivate the voucher.
Late cancellation, no-show or early departure
Free rebooking or a commercial refund is not guaranteed for late cancellation, no-show or early departure. Check the applicable cancellation conditions before paying. Your applicable legal rights are unaffected.
Transfers and extra services
An unused pass may be given to another guest, subject to eligibility. Keep the code private and contact the team for changes after a reservation request. Transfers do not extend validity. Extra nights, upgrades and additional services require a separate quotation. Duo covers two guests together and cannot be split into individual passes.
If dates are unavailable
The team can offer alternative dates. A rejected request leaves the voucher unredeemed. If Leevin cannot honour a confirmed stay, suitable alternatives require your acceptance and applicable remedies, including refunds where due, remain available.
Activities and included services
Check the eligible destination, accommodation, activity and any supplement before purchasing. An activity is included only when it is explicitly listed in your order. Passes do not guarantee unrestricted availability during events or busy periods.
